Sometimes it appears that BKFRecovery has hung. Please try the following:
- Check for a file called eBKFRecovery.txt and see if it increases in size
- Check the task manager
- Check to see if new files are recovered in the recovered folder
- Kill the BKFRecovery task and restart it using appropriate entries in the 'From' and 'To' fields.
